Not your normal Zumba

Bam Fitness have a unique twist to Zumba. We love to teach tracks to pop, and chart remixes. Lasers, spots and  disco lights are an integral part of our set up to create a great party atmosphere.  

BAM Body Blast

  One hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 

Clubbercise

BAM Create that Friday night feeling from your youth, combining the best of Zumba with the soundtrack from you past. Banging tunes, and a late night atmosphere... all while getting fit.

How do I book?

No booking required. Just turn up and you will be welcomed by one of our BAM instructors. See our timetable for classes and prices for payment options

What do I bring?

Come along in suitable footwear, we recommend a low grip trainer, preferably with a spin spot on the sole to allow freedom of movement. Bring some water and a towel as you will be getting sweaty. Wear suitable gym/dance clothing.

How old do I have to be?

The minimum age is 9, and there is no maximum age limit. You are as young as you feel.
